The design plan is based on the needs of a teaching garden. Each grade has its own theme garden. There is a Sunflower Garden, a Peter Rabbit Garden, a Scarecrow Garden, an Alphabet Garden, an Herb Garden, a Butterfly Garden, a Pond Garden, and a Fairy Garden.
Throughout the gardens are eye-catching features such as rabbit and deep topiaries, garden benches, unique bird, bat, and butterfly houses, flowering arbors, and even a little house for the toads. In a corner of the garden is a stone with a favorite proverb: "One who plants a garden plants happiness."
